Copay/Co-insurance: Traditional insurance health plans include a copay, and Scenic City Pediatric Therapy will notify you what your particular copay may be. Deductible: A deductible is the total amount you pay per year before your insurance begins to pay for services. Newer health insurance plans such as High Deductible Health Plans may have a larger deductible you must reach before your insurance pays for treatment. Once your insurance is verified, Scenic City Pediatric Therapy will be able to confirm your yearly deductible amount and what each visit will cost towards that deductible. 2. My name is Ashley Prosser and I am the owner and physical therapist at Scenic City Pediatric Therapy. I received both my undergraduate in Rehabilitative Science and my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. I have spent the last 14 years working with children of all ages in a variety of settings including early intervention, pediatric outpatient, and K-12 school-based therapy. No matter the setting, working with children and their families is my passion. I love the challenge of creating ways to turn work and exercise into play for my patients. The bonds that I have been able to form with children and their families throughout my career are so dear to me.
